Content built on everything your company knows.
We build your second brain: one connected layer of your product, customer and market knowledge. Then we run AI content production from it, inside the tools your team already uses.
Tool-agnostic by design. We recommend, you decide, you own it.
Most AI content is generic because the model knows nothing about you. A better prompt doesn't fix that. Giving the model your company's actual knowledge, structured, current and connected, does.
We don't sell you tools. We make the ones you have smarter.
How it works
Four layers. The first one you already have. The second is what we build. The third is yours to choose. The fourth is the point.
Where your knowledge lives today
Sales calls, support tickets, product docs, CRM notes, Slack threads, analytics, and everything you have already published. Most of it is unstructured, and nobody has read all of it.
- Calls
- Docs
- Tickets
- CRM
- Analytics
- Published content
One knowledge layer, owned by you
We structure it into what content actually needs: positioning, customer segments, proof points with sources, voice rules, objections, glossary, product truth. Plain, versioned files that live in your systems, not ours.

- Segments
- Proof
- Voice
- Objections
- Product truth
Connected to the tools you already use
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Notion, Copilot. We connect the layer through MCP servers, skills, project context or shared docs, whatever your stack supports. Nothing new for your team to adopt.

- Shared docs
Content that is actually yours
Articles, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, sales assets, documentation. Drafted from your knowledge, reviewed by people, every claim traceable to a source. That is also exactly what AI search engines cite.

- Landing pages
- Sales assets
- Docs
Services
A path, not a menu. Most clients start with the audit. Each phase stands on its own if that is what you need.
Phase 1
Knowledge audit
Two weeks, fixed price
We map what your company knows, where it lives, and what content it could support but doesn’t yet.
- Knowledge map
- Content gap report
- Harness recommendation
- Roadmap with priorities
Phase 2
Second brain build
Four to eight weeks
We structure the knowledge layer and connect it to the tools your team uses, then prove it with the first content produced from it.
- Knowledge base in your systems
- Skills and playbooks for your tools
- Voice and claims guide
- First pieces shipped
Phase 3
Content production
Monthly
We run the engine. Every piece drafted from your knowledge, reviewed by a person, and measured.
- Articles and guides
- LinkedIn for company and founders
- Landing pages and sales assets
- Traffic, AI citations, pipeline reporting
Phase 4
Team enablement
When you’re ready
Your team learns to run it without us. We document, train and hand over. Working ourselves out of the retainer is a good outcome.
- Training sessions
- Operating documentation
- Handover and support window
Works inside what you already have
We will tell you what we would pick and why. Then we build for the harness you choose.

Who you work with
Contient Content is Robert Ientile. You work with me directly: I run the audit, build the knowledge layer, and write or review what comes out of it. I bring in specialists when a project needs them, and I tell you when it does.
I have spent the last years building exactly this for a B2B software company: the knowledge base, the skills that run inside their AI tools, the content that came out of it, and the reporting that showed it worked. This is that system, offered to you.
Questions
Do we have to switch tools?
No. We connect your knowledge layer to the tools your team already uses, whether that is Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Notion, Copilot or something else. We will recommend a setup when asked, but the choice is yours and nothing depends on a tool we sell.
Who owns the knowledge base?
You do. It is plain, versioned files that live in your systems, your repository, your Notion, your Drive. If we stop working together, everything keeps working.
Is this generative engine optimization?
It produces it. AI search engines cite content that is specific, sourced and consistent. Content built from your real knowledge is exactly that. We measure AI mentions and citations alongside traffic and pipeline.
Does AI write everything?
AI drafts from your knowledge layer. People review, edit and approve. Every claim is traceable to a source in your knowledge base. That is the difference between content that sounds like you and content that sounds like everyone else.
What does it cost?
The knowledge audit is fixed price. The build is scoped after the audit. Production is a monthly retainer sized to the volume and channels you need. We quote once we know what you have.
How long before we see results?
The audit takes two weeks and is useful on its own. The first content from the knowledge layer ships during the build, within the first two months. Search and AI citation effects compound after that.
Start with what you already know.
A 30-minute call. You tell me where your knowledge lives and what content you need. I tell you what I would build and whether it is worth it.
